Delivery within Holland
Delivery is carried out by TNT.
Orders for ready made chocolates and chocolate for home fountains received before 16.00 on a business day will be sent the same day. Your package will be given a tracking number by TNT which enables you to monitor itīs progress to your door, we will email the tracking number to you.
Orders for the items made to your specific requirements will take a little longer to process, but should be ready and despatched no later than two business days after being received.
The customer can if he/she so wishes collect the order themselves from our business address in Barendrecht (by appointment only). This would be advisable for items that would not survive a journey through the post, ie, the piano (as seen above).
Each package is issued with a tracking number by TNT, which we will email to you, this enables you to keep track of its progress.
Strikes, weather, terrorist activities etc, could all lead to delays.
Shipping to countries with a hot and humid climate could result in the chocolate not being in the best of condition when it reaches you, this you must take into account before ordering as we cannot be held responsible for damage or deterioration due to climatic conditions.
Please remember that if you want your chocolate for a particular date to order it well in advance as each order is hand made to your specific requirements. We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date.

When you go to the checkout and you change your mind you can still add or delete an item. If you delete an item altogether it will still show on the order form but with a quantity of 0. The dark chocolate comes from the dark noir collection, cocoa beans from, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Papua New Guinea and Peru, they have a cocoa content of between 55% and 72% this offers a perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness.
The milk lait selection has a cocoa content of 35%. We like this chocolate for its pleasant cocoa taste with a sensation of honey.
The white blanc selection is chosen for its well balanced taste with a 30% cocoa content this is the most preferred of the white chocolate.

International Shipping
Shipping is by TNT post within Holland, after leaving Holland the chocolate is delivered to your door by the postal service of your country. We do not pass on your details to a third party with the exception of Paypal who for obvious reasons need your details in order to clear the transaction with your credit card company. This transaction is carried out over a secure server network direct to Paypal. We do not have access to your credit card details.
